The Customer
The Customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions, as well as the terms and conditions of the Merchant, when purchasing products and services on the Merchant’s Internet services.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION
The prices shown on the Merchant’s online service include VAT.
The Merchant sells products to adult private individuals and business customers.
The Merchant reserves the right to change prices and delivery conditions at any time.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
The Customer is obliged to familiarize with the applicable terms and conditions before ordering.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to the products and services to be booked or ordered.
Booking / Ordering
It is the Customer's responsibility to read the description and instructions of the products to be booked and the terms and conditions related to them.
The reservation made by the Customer is binding when the order/payment confirmation has been sent by the booking system to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
The Customer pays for the booking/product according to the payment method of his choice and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the payment method.
The Merchant is not responsible for a failed booking and the Customer should contact the Merchant without delay to rectify the situation.
The Merchant does not guarantee that the product is still available in case of a failed booking.
If the product is not available, the money will be refunded or, if possible, another product will be offered as a replacement.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Cancellation of Visits
The cancellation date is the date on which the Merchant is notified of the cancellation.
No-show or late arrival does not constitute a cancellation. In such cases the Merchant will demand the full price.
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that any cancellation is sent in good time.
If the Customer cancels the reservation in less than two days (48 h) before the start of the service, the full price of the participation will be charged.
If the Customer cancels the reservation in more than two days (48 h) before the start of the service, the full price of the participation minus a cancellation fee of 8.00 euros will be repaid to the Customer.
Cancellation of Gift Card
When cancelling a gift card, the same terms and conditions apply as for visits.
The Merchant’s right to cancel the booking
In case of force majeure, the Merchant may cancel the reservation. The Customer who booked the product will be informed of the cancellation without delay.
The Customer is in the case of force mjeure entitled to full refund of the amount paid.
Any other costs incurred by the Customer due to cancelled reservation because of force majeure will not be refunded.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must always be made as soon as possible after the matter has arisen.
The Merchant will endeavour to deal with the complaint as quickly as possible, but within a maximum of one month.
If the Customer and the Merchant cannot reach an agreement, the customer may refer the dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Conclusion of the Contract
The binding contract for the transaction comes into force when the Merchant has sent order confirmation/payment confirmation to the Customer’s e-mail.
Payment terms
For online payments, the Merchant uses reliable and secure payment methods for its services. The Merchant does not store bank or credit card details at any time. The Customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the payment method chosen.
